Garlic Spinach Artichoke Dip

Yield: 8 – 10 servings

Ingredients 

2 packets Oh My Garlic Dip

16 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 ½ cups mayonnaise

1 cup chopped spinach

1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped

2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese

Crackers and veggies for serving

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F

  1. Empty both packets of dip mix into your Tara at Home™ 11×7 baker. Add in cream cheese and mayonnaise.  Using a hand mixer, blend on low until everything is incorporated and smooth.
  2. Stir in spinach, artichoke hearts and 1 ¼ cups of parmesan cheese. Spread mixture evenly in the bottom of the baker.
  3. Sprinkle remaining ¾ cup of parmesan cheese all over the top.
  4. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with crackers and veggies.
