Ingredients
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1 packet Not Your Mother’s Cucumber Dip
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley
Celery sticks
Pita chips
Directions
- Peel, seed and finely chop cucumber to yield 1 cup. Set aside.
- Mix cream cheese and Greek yogurt together in a 2-quart bowl.
- Stir in cucumber, garlic and Not Your Mother’s Cucumber Dip mix.
- Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
Serve dip in a Rammy with celery sticks or pita chips or on an 11×7 Unlimit-lid – ideal for crudité.
