INGREDIENTS
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup wheat flour
½ cup coconut
½ cup wheat germ
¼ cup almonds
½ cup oil
½ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup dried cranberries
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 300 degrees.
- Mix oats, flour, coconut, wheat germ and almonds in a medium mixing bowl. Set aside.
- In a small pot, heat oil and honey over medium-heat until hot and bubbly. Stir in vanilla.
- Pour honey mixture over oat mixture. Stir until combined.
- Spread on a 13×9 or 11×7 Unlimit-Lid™ and bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until light brown.
- Carefully mix in dried cranberries. Cool completely before serving. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
