Sweet & Simple Granola

Breakfast

Cook time: 15-20 minutes
Yield: 4 cups

INGREDIENTS

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup wheat flour

½ cup coconut

½ cup wheat germ

¼ cup almonds

½ cup oil

½ cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla

¼ cup dried cranberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Mix oats, flour, coconut, wheat germ and almonds in a medium mixing bowl. Set aside.
  3. In a small pot, heat oil and honey over medium-heat until hot and bubbly. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Pour honey mixture over oat mixture. Stir until combined.
  5. Spread on a 13×9 or 11×7 Unlimit-Lid™ and bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until light brown.
  6. Carefully mix in dried cranberries. Cool completely before serving.  Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
