Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Glaze

INGREDIENTS

1 bunch asparagus, bottom 1-inch removed

2 Tbsps. Olive oil

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

2 Tbsps. Balsamic glaze

¼ cup slivered almonds

Lemon juice, optional

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place the asparagus on your Tara at Home 13×9 Unlimit-lid.
  3. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread out into a single layer.
  4. Sprinkle almonds all over the top.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and squeeze lemon over the top.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
