Seas the Day Salmon

Yield: 2 servings

INGREDIENTS

2 Salmon filets

2 Tbsps. Seas the Day Dry Rub

2 Tbsps. Butter

Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup plain yogurt

1 Tbsp. Not Your Mother’s Cucumber Dip

1 clove minced garlic

1 tsp. mustard

1 tsp. honey

Squeeze of lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Rub salmon with Seas the Day Rub and salt and pepper.
  3. In a sauté pan over high-heat melt the butter.  Reduce heat to medium and saute salmon, skin side down, for 3 minutes, basting with melted butter as you go.
  4. Transfer pan to oven for 10 – 15 minutes, depending on desired doneness.  Place on your 11×7 Tara at Home Unlimit-lid to serve.
  5. For yogurt sauce, whisk yogurt, Not Your Mother’s Cucumber Dip mix, garlic, mustard, honey and lemon juice in a Tara at Home rammie.  Serve with salmon.
