Lemon Crème Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 package For The Love of Lemon Dessert Mix

8 oz. softened cream cheese

1 angel food loaf cake

Sour cream frosting or whipped cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix cream cheese with dessert mix.
  2. Slice angel food cake in half horizontally.
  3. Place bottom of cake on plate and spread lemon cheesecake mixture on top.
  4. Replace the top of the cake, cover with plastic wrap and chill.
  5. To frost, unwrap and use your favorite sour cream frosting recipe or top with whipped cream.
  6. ENOY!
