Bell Pepper Veggie Pizza

I bag of pizza dough

¼ cup olive oil

1 cup sliced onions

2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced

2 cups baby spinach leaves

1 cup Feta cheese crumbles

1 Packet Peter Picked this Pepper Dip Mix



  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Saute onions in 2 Tbsp. olive oil and mix in one packet of Peter Picked this Pepper Dip Mix until carmelized, 5 – 7 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Sprinkle 13×9 Unlimit-lid with cornmeal. Roll dough out on Unlimit-lid until surface is completely covered.
  4. Brush crust with olive oil.
  5. Spread onions on crust. Arrange tomato slices and spinach then sprinkle with feta cheese.
  6. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is browned.
