I bag of pizza dough
¼ cup olive oil
1 cup sliced onions
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 cups baby spinach leaves
1 cup Feta cheese crumbles
1 Packet Peter Picked this Pepper Dip Mix
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Saute onions in 2 Tbsp. olive oil and mix in one packet of Peter Picked this Pepper Dip Mix until carmelized, 5 – 7 minutes. Set aside.
- Sprinkle 13×9 Unlimit-lid with cornmeal. Roll dough out on Unlimit-lid until surface is completely covered.
- Brush crust with olive oil.
- Spread onions on crust. Arrange tomato slices and spinach then sprinkle with feta cheese.
- Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is browned.
