Spicy Cucumber Goat Cheese Bruschetta

1 packet of Not Your Mother’s Cucumber Dip Mix

12 oz. goat cheese

1 diced cucumber

1 sliced baguette

olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a 13×9 Unlimit-lid and lightly brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. Toast in the oven for up to 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
  4. Combine 12oz. of goat cheese and one packet of Not Your Mother’s Cucumber Dip Mix in a Tara at Home™ 2 qt Bowl with a hand mixer or a food processor. Set aside.
  5. When the toasted baguette has cooled, spread slices with goat cheese mixture and top with diced cucumber.
  6. Serve immediately.
