YIELD: 4-5 Servings
1 lb. Thin Spaghetti
1 Bunch Fresh Basil
1 Clove Garlic
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Ground Black Pepper
½ Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
1½ Pt. Red and Yellow Cherry Tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
8 oz. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- Heat large saucepot of salted water to boiling over high heat. Add spaghetti and cook as label directs.
- In bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, vinegar and shredded basil. Gently stir in diced mozzarella.
- Drain pasta and place into 3 qt. Tara at Home® Bowl. Top with tomato mixture.
