Summer Pasta

ENTRÉE

YIELD: 4-5 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. Thin Spaghetti

1 Bunch Fresh Basil

1 Clove Garlic

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

½ tsp. Salt

¼ tsp. Ground Black Pepper

½ Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

1½ Pt. Red and Yellow Cherry Tomatoes

1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar

8 oz. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat large saucepot of salted water to boiling over high heat. Add spaghetti and cook as label directs.
  2. In bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, vinegar and shredded basil. Gently stir in diced mozzarella.
  3. Drain pasta and place into 3 qt. Tara at Home® Bowl. Top with tomato mixture.
