13×9 Unlimit-lid®
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Yield: 8 servings

1 Head Cauliflower
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Water
1 T Olive Oil
1 T Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2/3 Cup Hot Sauce
2 T Butter, Melted

Cut cauliflower into bite-sized chunks, the larger the better.
2. In a 3 qt. Bowl, combine flour, water, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt until well combined. Gently toss in cauliflower, coating each piece. Place cauliflower evenly on a 13×9 Unlimit-lid and place in a 450° oven and bake for 15 minutes, flipping at 7 minutes.
3. As the cauliflower bakes, combine hot sauce and melted butter in a 3qt. bowl. Gently add partially cooked cauliflower and toss until each piece is coated. Return cauliflower to the Unlimit-lid and cook for an additional 25 minutes, or until the pieces are a golden brown (turn once).
4. Remove from oven, allow cauliflower bites to cool. Serve with a side of blue cheese dressing.
