INGREDIENTS
1/3-1/2 cup liquid such as dairy milk, almond, cashew or coconut milk
1/3-1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/3-1/2 cup yogurt, optional

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in a seal the meal.
  2. Refrigerate overnight or for at least five hours.
  3. In the morning, add any additional liquid and fun toppings such as fruit, coconut, cinnamon or nuts!
