👉🏼 Recipe: 1 bag of fresh & trimmed green beans (I used @traderjoes) + drizzle of EVOO + kosher salt + cracked black. Bake on a cookie sheet at 450° turning while they cook so they get a bit charred, and not mushy, on all sides.
👉🏼👉🏼Sauce: 1 tbs Mayo + 1/2 cup sour cream + 1 tbs whole grain mustard + 1 tbs ketchup + a few dashed of chipotle sauce + squeeze of lemon + kosher salt. (You can dip anything into this sauce!! Roasted sweet or reg potatoes are 🔥🔥🔥)
